Veronique, Owner & Instructor

Veronique found Pilates through a back injury and quickly became a fanatic. Now 19 years experience in the practice of Pilates has led her to owning her own studio and continuing her education with BASI, a world renowned Pilates Institute. Veronique’s hope is to bring a community based studio, offering smaller class sizes (max 7) that are accessible to all and seen as a clients highlight to their day. Her classes focus on the importance of postural alignment, the body’s powerhouse (the core), breath and the graceful, intuitive and challenging nature of Pilates. With a belief that enjoying exercise is fundamental to progress, her classes offer a full body work out that are fun and challenging for all levels to enjoy.

Tayla, instructor

Tayla discovered Pilates after injuring her back, she quickly discovered how it transformed and healed her body. Pilates became Tayla’s passion, she was addicted after her very first reformer class and wants her clients to feel the same way. Tayla teaches with enthusiasm and passion, encouraging her clients to grow and work hard, building strength, stamina and fitness. Nothing makes Tayla happier than seeing her clients grow from strength-to-strength. When Tayla isn’t teaching you can find her taking a reformer class or at a local café studying for her dual business and science degree.

Maddie, Instructor

Maddie found Pilates through advice from her doctor, after experiencing lower back pain.  Finding her body was no longer responding well to high intensity workouts and needed a more controlled way to move, a love for Pilates was born.

In 2022 Maddie took the leap and enrolled to complete her Pilates Instructor certification and is on her way to being trained with BASI.

With the inherit desire to help others feel their best, Maddie is keen to share her passion and enthusiasm in teaching her clients what Pilates has to offer - both Mind & Body.

Cathy discovered pilates whilst living in Hong Kong with her husband.  During her first pregnancy lower back pain was exacerbated and continued after the birth.  A physio gave her pilates exercises to strengthen her core, lower back and help with improving posture and shoulder strength. After seeing results she decided to continue with pilates training and has never looked back.  After her second pregnancy and birth she was like a new person, her doctor was even impressed with how well she recovered.  She knew it was all due to the pilates training.

Since moving back to Australia 9 years ago Cathy decided to pursue pilates education and qualifications to help others, she has completed a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology and has been teaching since 2020. Cathy loves helping others find improvements in their body with regular pilates training and feels rewarded as they progress their training to more challenging levels with a focus on correct technique and form.

When Cathy isn’t teaching she is running her now two teenagers to after school volleyball/basketball training or walking her dog Sammy.
