Veronique found Pilates through a back injury and quickly became a fanatic. Now 16 years experience in the practice of Pilates has led her to owning her own studio. Her classes focus on the importance of postural alignment, the body’s powerhouse (the core), breath and the graceful, intuitive and challenging nature of Pilates. With a believe that enjoying exercise is fundamental to progress, her classes offer a full body work out that is fun and challenging for all levels to enjoy.
Founding owner & instructor of Sunshine Studio Pilates, Michelle has taken a step back to enjoy some well deserved retirement with husband Charlie. But don’t worry; we’ll still see Michelle’s experience and love for Pilates in the classes she’ll continue to take throughout the week. Michelle commands a strong following thanks to her practical and technical approach to Pilates where you are guaranteed a workout.
Starting out as a client at Sunshine Studio Pilates but wanted to progress her passion of Pilates, so jumped into her Instructor Training. Adding to this, Simone more recently completed a Pilates for MS & Neurological Conditions course with US trainer Meghann Koppele. The main focus being Multiple Sclerosis the course also covered other conditions such as Stroke & cerebral palsy where Neuroplasticity and Neuromuscular rehabilitation can be practiced through Pilates.
Nathalia is a qualified physio from Brazil who is passionate about Pilates and the many benefits it brings to the body. She has specialised in Pilates for pregnant and postnatal women and as well as teaching regular classes, she is currently running the Mums & Bubs Pilates at Pointe Pilates Studio. Nathalia’s wealth of knowledge, infections energy and her delightful accent, her classes are definitely not to be missed!
